Shipping & Delivery
Domestic Shipping (Australia and New Zealand)
Standard: Estimated 2–6 business days
Express: Estimated 1–2 business days
Orders within Australia and New Zealand are shipped via Australia Post.
International Shipping
We use DHL Express International Shipping.
Estimated delivery is 1–3 business days depending on your selected shipping option and destination. Please note that international delivery timeframes are estimates only, and delays caused by customs clearance, border processing, or local carrier disruptions are outside our control.
Order Processing
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details. Address changes can only be made before dispatch and we are unable to redirect parcels once an order has been shipped.
Duties & Taxes
International orders are shipped on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis. This means duties, taxes, VAT, or import charges are not prepaid and may be charged by your local customs authority or courier on delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and cannot be reimbursed by Setaye.
Delivery Responsibility
Once your parcel has been collected by the courier delivery is handled by the carrier. While we will always assist where possible Setaye is not responsible for delays that occur in transit or due to customs clearance. If tracking indicates your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it we recommend contacting the courier directly first and we can provide supporting information where available.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Parcels
If a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier Setaye will offer a replacement subject to stock availability or a refund. If tracking shows a parcel has been delivered but not received we are unable to offer a refund and recommend contacting the courier or local authorities if theft is suspected. Courier investigations may take several business days and we will assist with the investigation process where possible.
Returned Parcels
If your order is returned to us due to being unclaimed refusal to pay duties or taxes an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout or any reason within the customer’s control we can offer reshipment at the customer’s expense or a refund of the product value only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Returned parcels will be held for fourteen days after receipt and may be forfeited if no response is received within this timeframe.
Incorrect Address / Return to Sender
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure shipping details are correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address original shipping costs are non-refundable and reshipping fees will apply.
PO Boxes
We recommend using a physical address where possible as some couriers may be unable to deliver to PO Boxes depending on the destination.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size and weight of your order.
