Welcome to Setaye. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.setaye.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Setaye ("we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site.
Eligibility
By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or territory of residence, or that you have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use this Site.
Products & Pricing
We make every effort to display our products, colours, descriptions and pricing as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device will accurately display colours or that all product descriptions are completely free from errors.
All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice.
Orders
All orders are subject to product availability and payment verification.
Once an order has been placed, it is considered final. We are unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been submitted, including changes to products, sizes or shipping addresses.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably believe fraudulent activity has occurred, payment has not been authorised, or these Terms have been breached.
Pre-Orders
Where products are sold on a pre-order basis, estimated dispatch dates are provided as a guide only and may change due to production or shipping delays.
Pre-order purchases cannot be cancelled or refunded while awaiting stock arrival.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, Afterpay and other authorised payment providers.
Setaye does not store your payment information and is not responsible for delays, errors or issues caused by third-party payment providers.
Shipping
Shipping timeframes provided on our Site are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Risk in your order transfers once the parcel has been collected by the shipping carrier. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for complete information regarding shipping, duties, delivery, lost parcels and returned shipments.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns, exchanges and store credits are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Eligible returns may receive a store credit or exchange in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product photography, videos, product names, branding and designs, is the property of Setaye and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or used without our prior written permission.
Acceptable Use

- use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
- interfere with the operation or security of the Site;
- upload malicious software or harmful code;
