Refund policy
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out perfectly. At Setaye, we offer store credit when you return your garments, excluding the original shipping cost. Refunds are only provided if the item is faulty upon delivery.
If your purchase (including payments made with Afterpay) arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at rhiannon@setaye.com within 24 hours of receiving your parcel so we can assist you. All faulty items will be thoroughly investigated before acceptance. Returns will not be accepted if the garment is not deemed faulty. Please note, minor issues such as loose or extended threads that can be trimmed, or inside stitching, do not qualify as faults.
We cannot accept returns on garments that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. All original tags must remain attached, otherwise the return will be declined. Please take care when trying on items; returns will be refused if garments show marks, stains, makeup, pet hair, or odors. Before sending your return, ensure your items are clean and undamaged. If returned items arrive with marks, you will be held responsible, and the garments will not be credited. In these cases, if you want your items sent back, you will be charged for return shipping. Garments must be returned in their original packaging — any returns without the original bag will not be accepted.
SUBMITTING A RETURN
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order and physically returned to us within 21 days. Before sending your return, please email us at rhiannon@setaye.com with your name and order number so we can process your store credit efficiently.
Please allow 2–4 business days for a response.
RETURNS ON SALE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This also applies to purchases made using sitewide promotional codes.
INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES
For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If an exchange is requested due to sizing or change of mind, the shipping cost for sending the replacement item will also be covered by the customer.
